Winedescription:

A wonderfully deep ruby colour, the aromas of sour cherry and blueberry and a creamy taste characterise this wine with vanilla and cognac overtones on the notes and on the palate. Served at the temperíture of 16-18 °C, it is and ideal companion to meals made with sheep milk cottage cheese, a good Brassó-style fired pork, breaded liver or to a potato casserole.
